Gymnastikbälle in verschiedenen Bahnen aneinander gereiht. Jeder
innovativem Konzept.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Schon mal was von dem Sport gehört?
Me doing Drums Alive - sorry for the bad quality |
It's time for another Sport-Post, today about "Drums Alive".
Imagine this course as following: In the training room are gym balls placed in different lines. Every participant gets drumsticks and stands in front of a ball. While listening to rhythmic music you learn a choreo where you drum on your ball and the one beside and behind you. Sometimes you put your sticks in the air or go down with them to the floor. The moves are following each other in a quick sequence and this is why Drums Alive is very exhausting.
The creator of this sport used cardboards as drums first, but because they broke easily she decided to use gym balls instead.
When I started this course I thought it was a little ridiculous to drum on gym balls. But later I recognized that it was straining and fun. An enjoyable course!
What do you say? Ever heard of this sport?
